Memorial Day

Thank you, to those who work to see that every Veteran has Ol' Glory waving at their graveside this Memorial Day.  Daddy was so proud to be a WWII Veteran..."I remember Daddy."

He Is Here

God is so good.  As I sit with the sun shining on my face and watch as my Tomer (with joy I might add)  is finishing up the planting of 11 flats of flowers, plus several new Perennials.  I know that God is calling...He is here.  Our lives controlled by the Holy Spirit.  His Peace comes in our working together, as we discuss and lay out every plant... we taste only the goodness that He offers.  In our yard the birds are singing and so is my heart...He is here.
He is here.  Holy, Holy...He is here Amen.  He is here Hallelujah...I will bless His name again.  He is here listen softly...hear Him calling out your name.  He is here...you can touch Him...you will never be the same.

Craziness

Are you a pet owner that feels guilty leaving Fido or Whiskers home alone all day? Then Dog TV is for you! Filmmakers are calling DogTV a new breed of television – an eight-hour block of on-demand cable TV programming designed to keep your dog relaxed, stimulated and entertained while you are at work and the cost is but a mere 5 bucks a month!
Wow!  What's next???   This world is definitely going to the dogs!

Fields Of Fun

Lately, I haven't had much time nor the inclination to sit here. Spring brings the busyness of Practice, Opening Day Parades and exciting games at the Ballfields. Our Emilee (above) is the starting Pitcher for the Phillies and they whizzed through their first game victoriously happy! Yippee!
Our Maddy (above) now plays for Truman High School. Oh, and she is also a Pitcher! Sheesh...talk about exciting and nerve racking! I now have a deep respect for those on the Mound, the game depends on them. Balls, strikes, walks, hits...makes my head spin just thinking about it. You go Maddy!
Now, our Xavier aka Scooter is our only Soccer player. These games go by quickly and are fun, fun, fun. This Blog has been happily interrupted by life...I will be found with Tim Horton's coffee in hand, lawn chair swung over my shoulder and heading for the fields. God is good. I am one happy Gram! ~Blessings
